Through effective program management, coordination, and leadership, we were able to successfully introduce Agile Kanban to the architecture team and coordinate the implementation work between globally distributed teams at GE Healthcare. The team was motivated to adopt Agile methodologies, and the implementation of detailed dashboards provided clear visibility to stakeholders. The project was completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders at GE Healthcare.

With project delivery processes now standardized and efficient, the establishment of a Program Management Office was a success for Silverchair. The PMO has increased communication and transparency across the organization and simplified project planning, resourcing, and estimations. Additionally, the PMO has championed program management best practices and increased the tracking of metrics to measure project efficiency. By establishing a clear line of accountability for project success, the PMO has helped ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget.

We helped create the Active Practice Associate Director role and analyzed how this new role affected results on the organizational strategy of the company. We found that the APAD plays a critical role in the success of CancerLinQ. Through their expertise, collaboration, and customer-focused approach, they have been able to optimize the practice experience and advance the organizational strategy. The APAD serves as an example of how cross-divisional collaboration can yield positive results and enhance the customer experience.
